Patrick J. Kelley, President
Prior to forming Kelley Management Consulting, Inc., in 2001, Patrick spent over 15 years in management and technology consulting working across a wide variety of industries and with businesses of all sizes.
A notable focus area for Patrick in recent years has been in spearheading KMC's efforts to develop strategies that combine and leverage both quantitative and qualitative customer information to drive improved decision-making, improve the customer experience, and increase process efficiency of clients, their customers and suppliers.
Prior to his consulting career, Patrick worked in the financial services industry in New York City and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Operations Planning and Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and six children.
